Ripped in 30 Question

Hello all! I have a question for all you Ri30 people.

I did 30DS and completed it a month ago. While it was tough, I stayed the course and made it through with some marked improvement (mainly the derriere).

Anyway, due to being out of town for 2 weeks, sickness in the house, etc. I was off working out for about a month. I decided to kick start my Fall with Ri30. My first day was yesterday and I didn't make it through. Halfway in I started feeling nausea and had to sit for fear of vomitting. It was strange because after doing 30DS the exercises didn't seem too difficult. I assumed I just didn't have enough fluids. Today (day #2) I drank 8-oz of water before starting and had little sips throughout. Still at the halfway mark I had to sit again for nausea. I only sat out for about 4 minutes and then got back into the game. I'm a little perplexed on what could be causing this. Any ideas? As I said before, I did 30DS, which while difficult at times never made me feel like this.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just started ripped in 30 this week (it will be day 4 today). I do think it is a bit more challenging than 30DS. Did you eat before you started? Might be your body needs a bit more fuel?? I felt a bit sick on Day 2 as I pushed myself a bit harder (and I don't eat before I work out so figured I may have been running a bit low on fuel myself.

Keep at it and keep up with the water, I'm sure it will settled down. Although I'm sure there will be some more expert people along to help you :)
