Just wanted to say Hello and say that I really like this website.. Its a great motivator and a great way to keep track of my daily progress. I hope I will be able to keep this up...

    Welcome! You will love this sight. I am also from MA btw... Gardner....a bit further from you but, I don't see too many people from MA on this site. It definitely is a great motivator. I also like Sparkpeople for their recipe calcuator but, this site has way more food carlorie options... I float between both sites and cannot wait to get the apps for both when my Ipod Touch comes in. I will have it at hand all of the time, which will be so easy for me. Good luck - you will love it hear and if you have any questions you will have answers!
