Food boredom

I figured out that it was boredom that made me eat.

Now when i get the urge to eat I look through random peoples profiles and think " if they can do it so can I!"

Thank you to all the people that have posted thier weight loss pictures so i can motivate myself. I am going to put a picture up later

i have the same problem! my job is to sit at a desk and look at cameras for 8.5 hours... and the worst part is that i work nights so everyone went home... and i sit here bored out of my mind and i am quick to eat to satisfy my boredom!!!
