Is there a lifting program with just dumbbells ?:o

Hello people, I lift but I don't have a program to follow because most require a gym access, which I don't have. I have 5 lb, 8lb, 10 lb dumbbells, a stability ball. I can probably get a pull up bar but thats it.

There is a dumbell equivalent of just about every barbell lift.

The problem you have is that your dumbells will quickly become too light to offer much of a challenge, if they aren't too light already.

Try "body beast" videos. They are almost 100% dumbells

This is a great workout from what I hear. There is also Chalean Extreme...I've been doing it and love it.

Here's what I currently do (all dumbbells) but I'll have to change it up soon. You can use it as a starting point, just for ideas or not at all :)

Tuesdays: row, chest press, bicep curl, chest fly, tricep kickback
Thursdays: alternating shoulder press, lunges, bent arm side raise, squats

I do 3 sets of 12 reps with whatever weight I can just barely do all reps/sets with (right now that's 5lbs on some, 8lbs on others)
I do a short cardio session those days and then longer cardio & abs 3 other days
