KT Tape ... anyone have reviews of this?

    I love KT Tape. they now sell it at target but walmart it's about $2 cheaper. I use them in full knee support for both of my knees. I love how it can last a few days. they claim 7 days with the Pro, but I have only been able to get a few days 3 -4 tops.

    I've used it and the placebo effect seems to work. Would just mention, don't become reliant on the stuff. Better to figure out what causing the issue and correct it with a good rehab/recovery program.
    If it's tendinitis.................then use the tape.

    i have no idea how this stuff can work.

    they look like they function more like patches then a brace.

    at first i thought you guys were talking about those elastic wraps, i could see those functioning well as a brace.
