:smile: Hey Everyone, Just wanted to let you know that I have started a weight-loss and accountability group to motivate and help keep each other motivated in Groups call "Hot for the Holidays" The challenge starts November 1st. If you interested head on over to the group and let me know. This group is for everyone looking to lose lbs, doesn't matter if its 5 or 500!! We all have the same goals in mind, together we can help each other meet or even exceed those goals. So if you are ready to lose the weight and make some friends doing it please sign up.

"Hot for the Holidays" Let's show off all our hard work in the 2013 calendar year. Wouldn't that be a great way to start the year - in that little black dress!! :wink: And for the guys - looking sharp in a suit!!
