So usually when I get stressed out, or angry or pissed off I would head for the fridge or cupboaards. Today has been stressful and at first I wanted to binge eat, but seeing I overcame that makes me that much stronger. Well I'm still stressed out and all I want to do is go for a run like I used too when I was in shape when I was in high school. It's such an amazing feeling and I'm proud of myself! I never thought I would think this again!
