Chest/Back/Shoulder

I pulled my groin muscle over the weekend playing soccer. I guess I'm gonna be out for a while (still limping around). Any suggestion on upper body strength DVDs? I'd like to get some work on my chest, back and shoulder. I do have gym access every morning/night but due to my lack of discipline and self motivation, organized program on DVDs is the only way to go. I plan to burn a copy on my cellphone and follow it at the gym.
Thank you,
Thank you,

I dunno about a dvd, but you could go to the gym and do bench press, overhead press, bent over rows, and pullup\chinups0

How is a dvd going to help? They barely weigh an ounce!
Grab a barbell and do what the above guy said ^
You can also do let-me-ups.0
