Actually after having last 8 to 10 bad days in october I've already decided to start again seriously from 1st November and yes this is the best way to keep myself motivated again!!!!0 -

Count me in I just finished up the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and now I am starting ripped in 30 for November. If anyone want to join my group and do the RI30 with me feel free to add. I really hope I can lose 10 pounds this month, that was my goal for October too but I only managed to lose 3 but gained a lot of muscles and lost a few inches.
Current weight: 182
Goal weight by Dec. 1st: 172
Plan on doing at least 45 minutes of HIIT, mixed with walking/jogging, zumba and ab workouts daily.
I hope to burn 5,000 Calories + a week ANYONE0 -
