11 down and in need of more motivation!

So I'm fairly new to MFP. It's been about 2 months since I've started to eat better. I figured I'd get in the habit of eating right then I would start to exercise. I've found when I push myself too much I will give up. So far so good with 11 lbs gone! None of my friends or family want to watch what they eat so it's really hard to stay motivated. Some days I cheat with some not so healthy food but I still stay below my calorie in take for the day. Now it's time to step it up a little bit and start exercising! Any tips/tricks for exercising that can be done with a 2yr old wanting to "help out"?! Feel free to add me because the more I see how well everyone else is doing, the more I get jealous and I have to do the same! :smile:
