Have you ever made your goal or at least a part of it? I want to see your before and after pictures :smile:

I have made it a quarter of the way through my weight loss goal and here are my before and after pictures.

I started this program August 27, 2012 so its been about 9 weeks and I have lost 23.8 pounds!

Lets keep the motivation going!! I am always accepting friends :flowerforyou:

    I split my planned 40 goal loss into 5, so each mini goal is 8 lbs. Feels manageable that way. Have lost 16 lbs so ticked off two goals. Three to go. Planning to be there in early spring. :smile:
