what do you do with the 30 day shred?

After doing a 30 day shred workout do you do more cardio or more strength training? Or both?
For the first week of starting the 30 day shred I was very sick so I only did the shred pretty much, but now I'm feeling better and I want to know what would best complement this workout.

To tell you the truth I'm not feeling hurt to live that every one has been talking about I am getting a good burn which feels great :D.

So advice on complementary workout appreciated.
