Hello, I just recently started my weight loss journey and it has been pretty difficult so far. I`m not actually overweight, but
I recently started gaining more weight than I would like to have on me and none of my favorite clothes fit me anymore. I`m finding it very difficult to find support because everyone takes one look at me and says ``you don`t need to lose weight, you`re crazy.`` I`m also finding that a lot of diet and exercise plans out there are geared to people who are already significantly overweight. Anyone else in the same boat?

You should join my group, starting Nov 1 - it's all about eating right, motivation, accountability, exercise, etc, etc. It is for any one looking to maintain their weight to weight loss of how ever much they need!!! It's going to be a great group.0
