Hey guys my name is Katie, I'm new to this site but I'm actually really excited about it! I'm a classic late night snacker. I'm an active person and I would elliptical everyday but nothing seemed to be happening. I work in front of a computer all day and snacks would get the better of me. I've only been here for a few days, but already I can see just by having to log in all the food I eat each day, how much snacking i would have done. I always type in the food before I eat it just to see if it's really worth the calories. Most of the time it's not.

I have discovered though that it's good to give yourself a break every now and then, so you don't go crazy. I carved out calories for chocalate, just exercising a bit longer.

It's worth it!

Let's hope I can stick with it!

    You'll do great! Logging your food everyday is the key! Making yourself accountable for what goes in your mouth certainly has the power to make us thinner:smile:
