Sugar macro

What is the general advice on a sugar macro??? Anyone care to share what their daily goal is?

    Sugar is not a macronutrient. I don't track sugar anymore but when I did I used the MFP default. I was always under the default and don't eat a lot of added sugar so I stopped tracking it.
