Sounds daft but I've got an app called vertical calendar. As the name suggests, it's an agenda type calendar with one line for each day. I putt in my workout ( I'm doing Body Revolution) each day as I've finished it. Today I REALKY couldn't be bothered but did the workout as I didn't want to see a blank line in my calendar.

I look at it periodically as I love to see how many days are filled in- how sad is that!
