Your Shape routine ideas??

So I've got the Kinect game Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 BUT I'm having a hard time setting up a schedule. I seem to just bounce around and do random exercises. I've looked around the internet for a calendar specifically for the game but haven't found one. Something that says "mondays cardio arms legs" "tuesday abs dance", like the P90X calendar. If all else fails I might actually sit down and modify the P90X calendar to the game.

Does anyone have a specific calendar schedule for Your Shape they use?
