Small Changes

What are some of the small changes you have made since starting MFP? I have only been using the site a short time but I have already seen an improvement in the way I eat/exercise. Here are a few examples of mine:

Bread - Going from two slices to one at breakfast.
Cheese- Eating only half a slice (from 60 to 30 calories)
Exercise - I have always been unfit but I was motivated to walk 10000 steps. I can not do 10000 but I have started to walk 1000 steps without muscle pain/tiredness.

As I mentioned these are not big changes but I feel every little helps and sometimes it is the small changes that help you stick to the plan.
