    What I wanted: Chocolate ice cream
    What I had: Chocolate Frozen yogurt. Pffff it tasted more heavenly than the ice cream and I'm still way under calories. Not even half way there. Woooooooooo

    Wanted: bean and cheese burrito from local Mexican Restaurant

    Had: Amy's low-sodium Lentil and Vegetable Soup, Triscuits, Laughing Cow light cheese wedge

    Same general food groups--legumes, carbs and cheese--but lower in saturated fat and sodium and actually (almost) as good.

    What I wanted: A chicken, cheese and chorizo panini

    What I had instead: Chicken, red pepper, and rocket on wholemeal bread.

    In hindsight, I actually don't even think the first option would even have tasted any better, but it would have had twice the calories!

    What I wanted - to continue to sit on my butt all night. What I had - over 70 minutes of movement. Much better!
