Need to lose 5 lbs....and maintain!

I have gained a few lbs in the last few weeks. I run. I just ran a marathon but I have to keep in mind that I can't keep eating like I am training for a marathon. Boy did I gain these few lbs. fast. I want to feel good for the holidays and I need to eat so much better and maintain. I hope this site helps me big time. I feel pretty awful about myself! :( I think entering in my food eat day and seeing the calories add up is going to be a BIG wake up call. Now lets see if I can log in and stick with it!!!

  • Seeing what I eat in my daily food journal has made a HUGE difference in my journey. I gave my sister-in-law a hard time because even after reaching her weight loss goal, she still logs everything. I see now...it's kind of addicting and helps with accountability. Good luck! The holidays are tough but you can do it. It's so worth it!
