Brand New

Hi!
I am brand new to the myfitnesspal community. I was recommended to this site by a friend who is on here.
I live in a rural community in north western North Dakota. I am only 24 (soon to be 25) and have hit my highest weight of 235. ENOUGH is enough, I'm finally in the mindset to start making small changes to become more healthy and in shape. I know this won't be easy or happen overnight (i wish it did). My goal is to make sure and track everything I eat or drink. I also want to make a schedule and stick to it. NO MORE EXCUSES for this girl.
