Review of diet to help loose weight

Hello All,
I opened my diary and am hoping I can get some feedback on weightloss. My weightloss has been steady about 2lbs a week up until two weeks ago. I'm feeling I'm gaining muscle mass but I just wanted to see what others felt.
I do a p90x workout 5-6 days a week, and I run/bicycle/hike 5-6 days a week.
I've been gaining clear definition in my arms, back, chest, and my stomach is shrinking.
Thoughts?

Without your stats (height etc..) it's hard to say. It looks like you're doing just fine. With that much exercise you may actually want to eat a bit more. Keep at it, weight loss isn't linear. You'll have ups and downs.

To me it seems like you are exercising quite a bit, but not really eating enough to keep up with yourself. I would say increase some veggie and protein consumption and see if that does anything.0

I don't think you are eating enough, you are way under your calorie goal every day. Did you know you can also track other things plus the ones you currently track? I highly suggest you add sodium to your list, I think you will be surprised at how high it is on many days.0
