Is it still a "cheat" meal if I'm within my calorie goal?

    If it fits in your macros, how is it a cheat?

    Also - why is it "bad" to eat a food that you want? Why is white rice bad? Why is corn bad? Why is oil bad?

    Not that they're bad...i just try to limit my intake on these.
    Ah, so it's not bad, even though you said "it is not healthy" and you think it is cheating on your diet. That completely makes sense.

    I wouldn't count it as one. I only see it as such if I'm purposefully going over my calorie / macro goals for a one-off.
    Since you fit it into your daily calories, I don't see the issue.
    Oil isn't bad, neither is white rice. Sure you can limit it, as you mentioned, but just because you want to limit it, doesn't mean it's bad or cheating.
