Hi, I discovered this site by chance and now I really love it, becuase it provides me with every tool I may need in my fat loss journey
. And well, by the way I wanna talk a bit about me, and maybe you can help too ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
It all started back in july when I bought my punching bag, and by that time I was a bit overweight, I don't have numbers but lets say about 185 lbs (5'6). So, I realized that I could lose some pounds, so I cut my calorie intake just a bit, let's say I was eating between 2000-2500 calories.
So I started looking for exercise routines for mixing it with boxing, and one thing led to another and I ended up with a cool high intensity bodyweight fat loss routine, to which I sticked from august to september. By that time I was between 1200-1600 calories (I don't really know, I didn't track anything
)
For my surprise, I manage to go from 176 lbs to 164 lbs in just 20 days.So at that point I started to realize that I needed to track my calorie intake, and I also discovered that I should eat at least 1200, oh god :O, so did a small file in excel and tried to live between 1100-1600 calories per week.
Now I think I got serious and I'm using this site, I've also rearanged my goals and I'm actually in a 1400 calorie plan(1.5 pounds per week)
So, thanks for reading about me
and any tip, idea, advice or opinion will be welcome, because I always try to self improve, to be open and to learn new things.
