Hi...I am a 57 yr old female and having the hardest time getting motivated and stay with a program to lose. A friend at work gave me this website. So far it seems pretty good. I eat when I am bored which is a lot of times and have no motivation to exercise. So hopefully this will help me get motivated. I hate being/looking like I am...

  • The fact that you are doing something about it now speaks volumes. If you feel yourself getting bored, grab a book or exercise. Simple exercises like stepping, lunges, or yoga can really fight the 'bored bug'.
