Does anyone use slim in 6 and if so do u have before and after pics showing how it has changed your life!

I don't have before and after pics, but that is a good workout. I recommend also doing some cardio workouts in between though. Even my 5 year old daughter loves that workout. Wait till workout 2 and all the leg lifts! Killer!!!0

Really! I would think that would count for cardio and strength training? I had before I gained it back lost 50 lbs plus 5 clothes sizes0
