I was wondering whether these are a good healthy snack I figured they were becuz they are made with coconut oil nd I have gone through the ingredient list md nutritional info nd they look good
But still I would like your guys' nd girls' opinion on these

ohhhhhh banana chips are my weakness.... sooo goooood
the problem is its hard to eat just the serving size lol0 -
Homemade banana chips are better. All store bought ones are made with an alarming amount of oil.0

negative. they have sugar on them plus they are blah! I prefer banana chips with little salt like fried plaintains would. Sugar is just weird.0

A 168 gram banana has 150 cals, 1g fat, 1g protein, 34g carbs, 21g sugar plus more calcium, vitamin A &C, and iron.

If you really love the banana chips then keep em. If you are on the fence then eat a regular banana or get a dehydrator. I don't know how I feel about all the sugar and coconut oil. I know people say coconut oil is healthy, but why eat an oily dried banana :P
But if you like them and it helps your snack fix while staying on track then eat em!0
