Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No but only over about 100+
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took my daughter to the gym (no school)- I did the elliptical for 40 minutes and she walked on the treadmill.
What would I have done differently? WELL... NOT HAVE A VANILLA CHAI @ D&D... OMG 300+ calories in a drink. What a waste... :grumble: lesson learned
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go to the gym
exercise weekly progress - 1/7 days of exercise (goal 5 out 7 days)

Sounds like you've got your evaluation down pretty well. You're doing great! Keep motivated and setting those mini goals and you'll knock it out of the park!0

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Kept up with MFP but didn't make it to the eliptical :grumble:
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Lots of laundry which means lots of walking
What would I have done differently? Got on that eliptical!
