I have a question: should I eat at my full TDEE on days that I do not work out if I am just feeling stuffed? Or should I force myself to get to full TDEE? I'm 200 calories in the hole.

You're doing it for 6 weeks. one day under won't hurt, especially at the start. Relax0

Take your time as there is no rush when working back to maintenance. Just gradually up calories until your weight is stable for over a month or so. Once you experience only minor fluctuations due to menstruation, you'll know you hit maintenance. Make sure you keep sodium and carb levels pretty stable when you feel you have reached maintenance so you aren't noticing a bias in weight gain due to water weight.0
