eating more for awhile

I'm going to try and eat a little more during the day. I don't think I'm eating enough. I'm going to start having a larger breakfast, medium lunch, and high protein and veggies for dinner. I'll see if that helps! :-)

    I always thought a larger breakfast vs. a larger dinner is better because my way of thinking is you eat a large breakfast and your staying active during the day burning calories and after dinner you usually just go to bed so your not burning as much. I think thats pretty smart. I will have to try that also.
