I used to feel that way and I could never force myself to do any of the exercises that you hear that you should do for more than a month or so. Now, I feel bad if I don't get to work out. It's my "me time". The difference is that I took the time to try different things to see what I would like. I found that I love kayaking and walking. Today I walked 6 miles and burned plenty of calories. I also learned that I love kettlebell, spinning and yoga as long as I do it in a class (as opposed to by myself at home). I still hate treadmills and elliptical and real weight training, and that's ok.0
