concentrated juices

HEALTH TIP: try to stay away from CONCENTRATED juices. when making juice "concentrated" they literally STRIP all the nutrients from the fruit/juice and you are basically just drinking sugar water! the sugar water will then in turn cause your blood sugar to be extremly high. when this happends your body will hold on to ALL of the fat you have to balance out the sugar in your blood and you will retain all of your fat; making it almost impossible to lose the weight!! [something i learned yesterday! thought id share]
