Dehydrating Tomatoes

Hello everyone,
I am dehydrating tomatoes for the simple fact I don't want them to go to waste, I hate wasting food and this came out of my garden. It was like all at once. We have a bunch of green tomatoes still and some are turning. But I have one of the super wave ovens that you can dehydrate food in and thought I would try it. But, I don't know what is the shelf life for a dehydrated tomato or for any vegetable. Please if someone knows anything about this, please let me know. Thanks

My mom dehydrates tomatoes for me every year and I keep them for months in the freezer. Not sure how long, we eat them pretty quickly.0

Dehydrated veggies will last 1-2 yrs in a sealed jar. If you store them using a vacuum sealer they will last longer..0
