Resistance bands

I have started doing a resistance band workout three days a week but I cant figure out how to log it. I have been putting it under calisthenics so far. is there any better way to do it?

    Can't believe that Resistance bands are not listed, and then selectable by color or brand....

    I have them listed as calisthenics currently as well, but I'm wondering....... Do we burn calories while doing strength training... It doesn't seem to list any for me...

    I will admit, my weights are pretty low at this point, I am recovering from a knee injury so low impact is all I can do on my legs, but still though that I'd get something....

    Yes you burn calories while doing strength training.
    It's just going to vary based on heart rate, amount of weight lifted, reps, rest periods, etc.

    Make your own exercise but hard to say calorie burn without hrm as everyone works different Im on tapout xt with resistance but i use a hrm
