Insanity and break days?

So I just recently started Insanity, my first round. I did day 2 on Tuesday (which was technically yesterday but I haven't been to bed yet so it's still my today lol) Anyways, I'm so so so sore feeling, should I break tomorrow? Or like Shaun T. says, dig deep and keep going tomorrow? How did or are you doing it? I technically wanted to do 5 day's straight but I don't see that happening.

    do it tomorrow. You will be sore to start with but keep pushing. Believe it or not, working out will help you remove some of that lactic acid that is making you so sore. Go slow but do the work out. Otherwise, insanity makes you so sore the first week that you will never make it.
    Also, consider a recovery drink post-workout such as chocolate milk or a protein shake. They help.

    i went ahead and didn't take breaks until the second month, toward the end. the second month are 60 minute workouts that are non stop. after 2 weeks of the second months, i incorporated a few rest days each week. that made me finish is 70-75 days instead of 60. and that was ok with me. if i had gone nonstop the second month i may not have finished. do what you think will work for you. if you want to push through, do it! if not, allow yourself some adjustement so that you can finish!
