Some of my healthy low calorie recipes
They aren't the absolute best but I really do enjoy cooking so a few of my friends have asked me to put them up.
Here's one of my favourites, you can find more on https://www.facebook.com/allysrecipes

Marinara Spaghetti:
Serves 5 people
230 Calories per serving
2 Garlic cloves
180 g diced Red onion
100 g sliced Portabella Mushrooms
120 g Sliced Carrots
100 g Sliced Zucchini
450 g Seafood Marinara Mix
1 kg Mussels (still shelled)
2 Tbsp Ayams Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Chicken stock cube (Massel) (Added to a cup of water)
1/2 Lemon juiced
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce (Changs)
1 can Diced Italian Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
375 g Spaghetti Slimpasta
2 Tbsp All Purpose Soy Sauce
Instructions:
Sautee the garlic, red onion and mushrooms until slightly browned. Add the marinara mix and cook for a further 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the mussels) and cook for a further 10 minutes. Add the mussels last. When they have opened, they are ready to serve.
