Help with my nutritional goals

when i started on this site, i used the recommended settings but found they were either too low (i.e. protein) or too high on some categories. after googling around, i settled on a few numbers and was wondering if they're okay?

i'm 5'3 and weigh 236 lbs, am sedentary and am on a 1700 calorie diet, working out about 4-5 times a week. my carbs at are 45%, protein at 30% and fat at 25%.

    Looks good to me!

    Make sure you're getting the best sources of these macros though! Carbs from whole grains, and fruit/veg, lean sources of protein and limit trans and saturated fats!

    I do 40/40/20...but what works for some doesn't work for everyone. Good luck on your goals!
