30 Day Shred Question?

I just started the 30 Day Shred on Monday. My question for all of you who have started/finished it is, how long did it take you to see some type of results whether it be inches or the scale going down?? Just kind of curious and most certainly not expecting any extreme change for a few weeks at the very least. And if anybody has any pictures of before and after that would be greatly appreciated too!!!! Thanks for reading!

You'll only lose weight doing it if you are really watching your diet at the same time. It's not a huge burn. You pretty much get out of it what you put in and it would depend on how out of shape or over weight you are when you start it.

I have pictures but don't know how to post them. I started to notice a difference after 10 days. I was so happy I got my son to take snaps. My belly fat started shrinking after another 6 days. I say stick with it because you will be so surprised at how much your body composition will change.

    All the best

So far I have only lost all but 2 lbs, but I have lost 8 inches in total!! And-- I am almost finished level 2. So thats almost 20 days worth of working out with the DVD, and I also have had 1 day breaks a week.

I got really discouraged weighing myself, but the tape measure doesn't lie, and I am feeling stronger and more fit everyday.
It's a great short workout, My diet has stayed roughly the same, trying to stay within my calorie-goal. Good luck!

I'm kinda curious myself. I just did Day 7 of Level 1 last night and the first 3 days I was so sore I could hardly move the next day, and the last few days I'm not sore at all and I feel like I'm pushing myself pretty hard. I took a whole mess of measurements before I started and I'm going to measure after each level, but I'm not expecting much change. Hopefully I will be surprised.

I was also considering doing levels 1 & 2 when I graduate to level 2 because I figure it would be a much better workout. Then again, there's a few exercises in level 1 that I'm pretty sick of.

I just finished day 3 level 1 and I am still so sore its unreal but I felt like I kept up better today than day one. I also think if I wasn't sore I would be able to push myself much better but I am a baby when it comes to being achy lol.
