Any reaon why you shouldn't exercise every day?

Other than lack of time.
Not talking about overtraining, but rather doing 30 to 60 minutes of some form of exercise every day. In the beginning, I gave myself 2 to 3 days of rest per week. Even when sore or tired, I now find that doing some light cardio, yoga, or stretching the day after a weight day or intense cardio actually helps with muscle soreness.
