HRM, Should I input morning weight or evening weight if i wo

My HRM allows me to input my weight into it, I have a Polar F4. I workout in the evenings and as we all know, weight fluctuates throughout the day. If I weight 161 when I wake up, but 163 just before my workout, which weight should I input into my Polar HRM?

    You should always put in morning weight! Thats your true weight! :drinker:
