ok so I just joined yesterday and I did great all day untill I got home and was starving even though I ate dinner before I left and brought an orange to eat at school. I mean I was starving like I hadn't eaten all day! I think it might be PMS so I am not too upset about it because I feel fine today. but anyway I went over by 450 calories . I think I also need to learn how to plan better. anyway today I ate a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin (from dunkins) which is 490 calories! I know, you'd think that after a bad night last night I would want to do better! But I was honest and I logged it in my food diary. on the bright side, I had a small ice coffee with skim milk and splenda (30 calories) instead of my usual medium ice coffee with cream and sugar. baby steps man!!

I am also starting my exercise plan today. I bought a Leslie Sansone walking DVD and I will do the 1 mile walk on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. and soon work up to exercising all 5 days. and just a brief thought: why do I always start a healthy eating plan a week before TOM?? I guess it's because this is when I feel the fattest lol! isn't that weird that I do that? oh well it doesn't matter because I am sticking to it this time

This is the hardest week to get through! Best time to start imo :) Keep working on it, like you said - Baby Steps!!!

I'm looking forward to the support I'll get my TOM week. I can do pretty good any other time and then WHAMO, I totally lose control.

At least you are being aware of what it is you are doing that has you over your calories. That is really important. I started with Leslie's videos also-I love them :) the most important thing to do is NOT quit! And so far so good, right? Just hang in there, it is only the second day. :)
