C25K W7 question

I finished all 3 days of week 7 but I felt like all 3 days were hell, mostly because I felt like my legs were too weak. My lungs were good. I have a fear of injuries and already broke a foot and had to start over, so I'm being cautious. Should I repeat the week or go back to W6D3 for a while? I'm pretty sure I'm not ready for week 8.

    I would repeat W7 until you feel strong enough to move on to W8.
