Sweet. I hope they remake Star Wars with Rob Pattinson as Luke and Jennifer Lawrence as Leia.

Willem Dafoe would be a pretty snarky Obi-Wan, don't you think?

The stories have all been told already. What are they going to do? Remake all 6 movies? That would be tragic. The first three are classics!

Star Wars has 9 episodes theoretically if you follow the original books. So there is the potential for 3 more movies, but it bothers me because I doubt they will do them all CGI with the original actors. So who knows there, but my opinion?

THANK GOD LUCAS CAN'T DESTROY STAR WARS ANYMORE. He is constantly looking for ways to piss off his fans and now he can't anymore.

Also, if you think this is a bad turn for Star Wars, you should come up with the negative effects Disney had on Marvel. That's right, there are none.

So screw Lucas, but screw sequels.

Pretty much. The story has already been told. Let Star Wars die.

nope. they are going on to episode 7. Lucas sucked as a director in the last 3 movies so I guess Disney will be able to do it better. yes, I know it's Disney. They consistently produce mediocre product. Hopefully they will rise above with Star Wars and I guess will do better than Lucas has done of late.

My 5 year old is thrilled.

I am concerned about new movies...

Star Tours (Hollywood Studios) is one of our favorite Disney attractions, and I would be excited more Star Wars related attractions at Disney parks.

I'll gladly work for Disney if they turn Epcot Center into the 3rd Death Star.
