Enough to feed a small nation. It's why I track.0

I guess I should have made the title more controversial like "You can eat lots of junk food and be healthy"0

Kind of healthy. You'd still be healthier if you ate beans and all that stuff that tastes awful.0 -

But it would only be true if the title were "You can eat lots of junk food and be heatlhy, maybe".
There are no guarantees.0 -
This isn't true. Eating nothing but twizzlers isn't as healthy as eating nothing but portabella mushrooms.0

I think the problem people face with "Junk food" is cause it's very high in calories they end up over eating easily vs eating the so called clean food. You can eat a pound of chicken breast 3 times a day and still be under 1500 calories for that day, and that will make you very full. If you try eating that weight in say big Macs (each big mac is 0.5 lbs ) which is 6 big Macs you will be at 3000 calories.0

This guy is right. There is no scientific evidence to support "clean food" vs not clean food, whatever "clean" means anyway.
I personally like to eat "healthy", which is totally a personal preference: I eat what makes me feel good and does not make me insane for depriving me of things I love.0 -

I have lived both types. For a time it was almost entirely junk food and fast food (meh, college), now that I've learned to cook, it's mostly whole foods and I learned very quickly that whole foods keep you fuller, longer. You can eat half a cup of ice cream or you can eat two cups of broccoli. You also have the sugar highs and lows with junk food, which cause quick, overwhelming hunger. I'll take the broccoli.0

Those concerns are addressed in the video0 -
I disagree with him. Eating pizza everyday is not a moronic idea. In fact, it sounds down right delicious.0

Pizza is such a versatile dish, that you really could eat it every day and still have a healthy well balanced diet. But personally, I think eating any one food everyday is a moronic idea when there is so much other delicious food out there.0
