Sweetened Condensed Milk

I'm looking for a sugar-free alternative to sweetened condensed milk. My goal is to make my own coffee creamer (money saving and such). Making my own creamer with SCM is still more nutritious than the store-bought stuff, but looking for a way to make it lower-cal and lower-sugar. Any tips?
