I used to eat terribly..fried chicken smothered sausage gravy, seasoned butter corn, and mashed potatoes laden with sour cream, milk, butter, salt and more..
For the past 2 months ive been gradually eating healthier and for the past 2 weeks ive been eating a very healthy diet and adding exercise but for some reason I have only lost 5 pounds and then proceeded to some how gain them back :(
I'm 165 lbs, 5"3, 18 years old, size 12, 42,32, 42
I want to get healthy and look good but the pounds or inches arent coming off! :( why not?

My fitness buddy cut out soda in his first week and lost a pant size! D: I cut out fatty foods soda and exercise and nothing!
