i'm trying again. I'll try to count calories this time, I think it's the only way it works. Exersicing helps but not if I eat anything I want. right? Numbers never lie

    From what I've heard (and like to believe) weight loss is 75% about calories and 25% about exercise ~ you can do it! Good luck :smile:
