That's a great article! I know I often feel like I am often too busy to be healthy. The question is, now that we have this information what do we do with it? Thoughts on how to make our brain stronger or combat the "I can't think about eating healthy right now"?0

Celestia, you're right about exercise! Exercise always clears my mind, which is probably why I'm able to eat healthier on the days I get outside and break a sweat! It all makes sense0
