Anyone craving ice cream? I found a great guilt free recipe!

I'm sure there are people out there like me, who no matter how cold it gets, still crave ice cream. A friend told me about this recipe:
Take a banana and slice it and then put the banana slices in a ziploc baggie, then freeze it. When it is frozen, put the banana slices into a food processor on high until it is smooth like soft serve ice cream. Then you can get creative and add whatever you like. I added a half- tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and processed on low until it was all mixed in. Then in my bowl, I put 1/8 cup of walnuts on top! it was really good

I keep bananas in the freezer for exactly this reason! It's such an amazing treat - especially with a tbsp of natural crunchy peanut butter thrown into the mix.0
