hey all! so i am going on a trip for a few days in three weeks with my school. i am not sure what type of access we will have to restaurants/stores, but they're providing all of the food & it's probably going to be like pizza, bagels, etc.
what should i bring to supplement/replace this? i won't have access to any type of refrigeration. i generally don't eat a lot of carbs and they don't really keep me full for long.
we will also probably be drinking a fair amount of alcohol, so i want to keep it lower calorie so as not to stray too far out of my goals.
